Good but...

I like a lot of the things this app does. But please, please sort our holds by their order in the queue, so we can see what should be available next. I rarely use the app—I have to go to the website (from my phone) to get the info I need.

Fails to show or notify you that your request is ready for pickup

The only function I use on the app is requesting materials to check out from the library. That being said, the old app would show you when your requested item was in, and tell you what day you had to pick it up by before it was transferred to the next person requesting it. I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and it doesn’t show you in the app or notify you through the app that your request is available for pickup. You now have to stop by the library to see if the item is in or not to try and make sure you don’t get to the requested material to late. Please fix.

Years of waiting for basic fixes

Years ago I was told they were working on fixes so that you could filter your checkouts and holds lists by physical versus digital books. Yet they are still one giant list. Also, the location for your hold pickups says Pikes Peak Library District. That’s the entire library system, not a branch. I have to use the actual website site to do anything of use. The app is sluggish. Most of the features are useless. Last app fixes say there were improvements to make the barcode kiosk friendly, but they still don’t scan there or at a manned desk.
