Highly recommend for all to be moms!

Annie’s class is perfect for pre and postnatal exercise. She is so knowledgeable on Pilates for the pregnant woman and has classes broken out by week so you have a new class every week to look forward to. They are the perfect amount of time to be able to prioritize your health and move your body.
