Wonderful customer service
Just starring meds and suddenly in a nightmare of changing doctors. Which means late prescriptions as my doctor refused to write new ones (why with new dr). The company overnighted my medication. Transferred me to a pharmacist who reassured me about things.
Went the extra mile. Told them as a teacher when my husband gets paid—once a month—so they have us a choice of dates to charge our credit card.
Wow. So helpful. The only reason no five star is because I’m new. It might go up after three or four months if everything goes like it is; and I remember to change the rating! Lol). As for now, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I did keep three rx’s local because I’m getting a special discount and love our pharmacist. But for sanity the others need to be organized because I keep forgetting to take them.
Was hopeful, but not looking good
I really wanted this to work because the concept is fantastic but I’m still waiting for my first shipment (was supposed to arrive yesterday according to tracking information) and it’s not looking good. Also I needed receipts to submit for my HSA reimbursement so went into the app to download them and could not find anywhere to print them off so I used the chat function to ask for help. I received the same response four times in a row with a link that didn’t work. So I called. The person who answered gave me instructions to use the desktop version. I don’t want to use the desktop, I wanted to use the app that they provided and she didn’t know how so I asked if there was an IT person available who could guide me. No there isn’t and no one can provide instructions on how to use the app… The lack of knowledge is concerning to say the least. I’m currently waiting for an email with my receipts but that doesn’t seem to be coming either. I hope they can figure things out because again, great concept, but the service and app needs some improvement.
I loved this service, but lately they left out an important prescription and haven't responded to any of my messages for a week. Now I have r to go to my doctor and ask to send a scrip to the local pharmacy. They're not going to be happy because they've called Pillpack several times to renew it for me and nobody seems to be getting the message.
Also they don't let me know when they're going to hit up my bank account and it's not the same day every month. Once they waited two months and then tried to get 900 on a day it wasn't in there. I'm sorry but I don't always have a thousand bucks to leave in my account every day of the year.
Information on this app doesn't match up with Ingo on their website... Delivery dates for one.
This company was perfect. What's going on? My insurance doesn't cover it but I stayed with them anyway, except for one-third $400 drug that I had to move to a pharmacy where my insurance paid for all but $45. I think when Pillpack lost that big monthly sale to me, they decided I wasn't important anymore.
