I tied three times to set up an account on the app. After entering my email, demographic information and setting up a password the app tells me there is no account with that email an asks if I want to set up an account. Sorry, but after three attempts, I deleted the app. Maybe that’s why it’s 17 years old and only has four reviews…

I like the app in that when the store tests my water and adds results to my account, I can look at results online. That works great but, the test strips part where you photograph the strip really doesn’t work for me and when I went to Pinch a Penny for help they never heard of it and had no idea what I was talking about. And I felt like I was wasting their time. When I photograph the Porpoise 5-1 test strip the app always says can’t read it try again.As for the logon issue, I use the Apple facial recognition to logon and no problem but I know what folks are saying about difficulty when typing in logon and password.

After seeing reviews about issues with account creation I was a little skeptical to try it out. But nevertheless I downloaded it anyway. I made an account and it seemed straightforward, so that makes me think they took the reviews into consideration and now made the account creation very simple!Loving the water test strip scanning that tells me what is needed for my pool.

What is the problem with your app? I just wasted an hour of my time and it’s not the first time. It doesn’t verify my email address the one I know I use. It doesn’t verify my phone number. It’s frustrating either get a better developer. Tell me how to fix this you don’t have a right to waste my time to try to buy things from your store.
