Better than others

By far one of the best money transfer service I’ve used. Been using Ping Express since last year and I’ve never had any issues with my money getting delivered on time. Oops! Did I say they have one of the best customer services too? Well, know it now. Their customer service is the best and everybody in the house seems to really know what customer satisfaction is all about. Keep the good work going. Will continue using until you guys tell me to stop using 😂😂😂😂

Great app

I hated the verification process because it required some very personal things like sending a copy of drivers license, utility bill, and a selfie. At first I thought it might be a scam, then I asked a friend who’d been using it and she told me it was legit. If I didn’t know someone already using it, I wouldn’t have gone through with it. I think that process needs to be changed and included in the process of signing up. I only found out I needed these after I tried to make a transaction.
I’ve used it 3 times now without any issues. I like it so far.
I do hope the rates get better (isn’t too bad anyways). But for small amounts and the convenience, I’ll keep using it. Proud of the creator.

Closed my account!

So I sent money to my fiancé who I already call my husband,on February 11th 2019 he lives in Nigeria I live in the states. I went threw the verification process, gave them my ID, my utility bill, everything, I sent my husband the money and it went threw no problems, well..... I went to send money again a second time and when I went to log in they closed my account, so I called them and asked what was going on? They wanted pictures of me and my fiancé, they wanted a marriage certificate and other documentation..... really???? I get they are trying to protect ppl against fraud and scam, but to ask for even more personal information, well I think it's overboard! All I want to do is be able to send money to my future husband without someone thinking just because he's from Nigeria that he's scamming me! Jeez!
