My wife and I use this app several times a month and we have not been disappointed with its many features.
I have deposited my checks using this app for about 4&1/2 years now. Not once has there been a single error from their end. They have fixed the amount that I have put in incorrectly several times after I submit the check for approval. The error fix has actually always been my favor, surprisingly.
I have also transferred money from my savings into my checking, and never had any trouble with it. And vice-versa.
App is "Good" wish it was excellent like the rest of the bank
The app doesn't seem like it's updated much. I'm coming from abank that allowed you to add vendors to pay within the app. This app only allows you to pay vendors that have been entered in the computer. That would be huge on my wishlist and is a very basic request. Also, the other bank had the ability to scan bills (like how mobile deposit scans checks). Granted it worked 80% of the time but it did save time. I love the search feature but it crashes every time after an initial search. Otherwise, the app is satisfactory and solid outside of the aforementioned. Btw - the bank usually approves check deposits within an hour - sometimes minutes. Fantastic service.
This app is great when it works, which is about 30% of the time. I’ve not been able to access my account on multiple occasions due to password malfunctions. I know, I know...human error. Except it’s not human error. I’ve called and talked to the bank. Gone through a lot of passwords. Sometimes I can get to the account and my husband can’t, or vice versa. Seems like a problem that needs to be fixed!
Another issue I have. If I call customer service about this issue, they cannot help me. Because the bank cannot track that the account has been accessed through the app. They can see access on a computer, but not the app. I guess it’s a good thing there’s a password glitch. Might help deter criminals from hacking the account without the bank realizing they accessed the account.
