Satisfied complainer

I’ve banked with pinnacle for 10 or more years now . One if there greatest services is a quick notification when there is suspicious activity to your account . I’ve had no complaints until Covid hit and I had a check I received biweekly and had to wait for lengthy times to deposit this . Within a week from my complaint I was able to access direct deposit by scanning the check on my pinnacle phone app and no more long waits . Not sure if this was already in the works but it definitely kept my business . I’m very satisfied with Pinnacle

Bank is great. App redesign is a big step backwards

Revising this rating even further down. We no longer get to see a confirmation of a transfer other than a generic “your transfer was scheduled. No information about the transfer at all. So for years I’ve taken a screen shot to have a record. Now there is none.

I liked the old app interface. It was clean and useful. This one is clunky and very un-useful. 1. New app doesn’t show all my accounts in one page anymore. That’s why I have a big phone. 2. Logs me out after about 15 seconds of “inactivity”. 3. Logs me out while I’m filling out information in bill pay section. While actively entering information. 4. Deleted all entered info in main bill pay tab when I viewed the amount previously paid by looking in history tab. Why doesn’t it populate from history? I pay the same amount every month for some things.

App is "Good" wish it was excellent like the rest of the bank

The app doesn't seem like it's updated much. I'm coming from abank that allowed you to add vendors to pay within the app. This app only allows you to pay vendors that have been entered in the computer. That would be huge on my wishlist and is a very basic request. Also, the other bank had the ability to scan bills (like how mobile deposit scans checks). Granted it worked 80% of the time but it did save time. I love the search feature but it crashes every time after an initial search. Otherwise, the app is satisfactory and solid outside of the aforementioned. Btw - the bank usually approves check deposits within an hour - sometimes minutes. Fantastic service.
