"Unusually brisk special effects animate this amusing adaptation of the classic tale." KIRKUS REVIEWS
"Pinocchio is a wonderfully interactive experience. A story that’s more like an experience really." The iPhone Mom
For little readers (and adults) who don’t want to just stand and look, but who want to play an active role in this unforgettable adventure. Thanks to the iPad’s (or iPhone) magic.
Are you familiar with the story of Pinocchio, the little puppet who talks, moves and throws tantrums just like a regular child (but who is certainly no child)?
Then you might like to help Geppetto build his puppet, bit by bit, or use your own hands to move Fire Eater’s marionettes, or even throw yourself into the joyful music of Toyland. This is what you’ll be doing when you go from one scene to the next in this app. But you’ll also have to wend your way through the dark forest full of mysterious night animals, deal with a monstrous snake, save your little puppet friend before his feet catch on fire, and figure out how to turn him into a real, live little boy...
How will you manage all this? By keeping your eyes peeled and your ear to the ground (oh, and mind where you put your feet, or fingers!). Each and every scene is full of surprises.

I just had to write a review after showing my daughter this app today. She is a bit young to understand everything (still a toddler), but the artwork, the style, the attention to detail all stood out to me as I was paging through this app. On every page there were places to touch for interaction from your child, and there were quite a few pages (don't know the exact number but it felt like at least 20). When I finished, I thought to myself that I need to leave a review because it was that impressive. Very rarely does that happen that I am so compelled due to the quality of the app. As someone else pointed out, having the option to have the book read to you would be a welcome addition. All in all, bravo!
Best children's app I have
I haven't bothered to rate any apps before but I love both the elastico books for my kids. They provide fun, intelligent, interaction with great classic stories. I have been exposing my kids to Italian language since they were young so I have them go through the stories in both languages which makes these apps great literary and linguistic choices. Malto bouno elastico! I can't wait for more....
My seven year old plays this app every time we visit the apple store and I finally found it today much to her pleasure!!! To hear the sound make sure you check the switch above the volume control on the upper right side. The switch needs to be the up position and then you should hear the narration and sound effects.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
