Great Platform and even better customer Service
Pionex is more than a platform, it’s an intuitive financial growth experience with an incredible support system. Their customer service team is very responsive and they are the only app I’ve ever seen offer a one on one consultation!!!! Scam Scam Scam
I recently used the app and I was terribly disappointed with my experience. My trading bot lost money. That’s right the bot got me Negative Returns. The bot has been running since May 2021, no positive return and I’m probably screwed tax wise since I can’t access the account to see my tax info. The company behind the app is clearly fraudulent, as their promises were not met and their customer service was unresponsive. In addition, when I tried to get a refund for the coin that is stuck in the account, they refused to cooperate. This has been an extremely frustrating ordeal that could have easily been avoided if the company had acted in a more responsible manner. Avoid Pionex app at all costs! Truly believe Pionex intentions is to take our money and lock our accounts once we fund them. Scam artist, Apple need to remove them from the App Store.
Be careful
If you don’t know what you’re doing you might get scammed. Every transaction is manually approved by a team (you don’t own the crypto or the wallet, they approve/deny withdrawals). They do not appropriately track the transaction status so if a transaction fails on withdrawal you are stuck waiting on a team to get back to you so you can retry the transaction. If it was a self custody wallet, you wouldn’t have this issue. You would know instantly. The fact you need approval from them in order to withdraw or transfer is very suspicious. It has been 8 hours waiting for a SOLANA transfer (seconds normally) so I did some investigating.

They actively use your funds to trade while you goof off with their bots. Do not trust this platform. KuCoin was recently charged with multibillion dollar fraud. This platform will be next.
