Pipper is a super simple tool that allows you to pin a web page on top of all other windows on your mac.
It's similar to the Picture-In-Picture feature available on iPhone and iPad.

Great for specific purposes
I wanted to get a browser window to stay on top because I wanted to dock a twitch chat on top of everything else i was doing. This is perfect for those purposes. The only thing I could see making this better is an option to completely hide the menu bar making it slimmer.

Very handy so far.
I watch a lot of YouTube tutorials and I've been using a safari extension that makes the video PIP on top of all other app, but I lose my controls, I have to go back to the browswer window to go forward or backward. Very annoying when you're following a tutorial. With Pipper I can just open the YouTube webiste and have all my video controls while. I can see a lot of uses for a app like this. Well done.
