The Piraeus app has been redesigned to offer you an improved banking experience through a modern, upgraded, friendly, easy-to-use and modern experience.

From the dashboard page you can explore an overview of your relationship with Piraeus Bank, and you can also easily initiate a new transaction. Also, the dashboard page has been enriched with the "Piraeus in the spotlight" section where you can find propositions that promote your banking relationship, as well as the "Stories" section where you can find short articles of general interest with important new information.

From the "Deposits" section, you can view a summary of your account balances or a detailed view of your transactions for each account. Selecting an account, you can initiate multiple transactions from the Transact button. In addition, you can open a new account.

From the "Cards" section you can manage your debit, credit, and prepaid cards. You can also view the balances and transactions of your cards, make a card payment, block temporarily a card, issue a new card, set new card limits, manage card controls management and much more.

From the "Loans" section you can view important information about your loans.

From the "Insurance" section you can view important information about your insurance products.

From the "Investments" section you view important information about your investment products.

Security management:
- Setup security features for Quick login (4-digit PIN or biometric authentication for compatible devices).
- By activating the app’s notifications, the extraPIN code is automatically received and submitted by your device when authentication is required for your mobile app transactions. You just confirm the transaction using your quick login, saving time with increased security.

Inconsistent

Horrible experience, overall! Η προηγούμενη εφαρμογή ήταν πολύ καλύτερη! I thought I succeeded I. Changing my password, even got a temporary one, and ended up not being able to login AGAIN! On the website on my laptop it recognized my foreign cell number, but on the app it doesn’t. Please resolve this ASAP. I need to be able to check my funds and I can’t!

Chaotic

As a multi international bank client this is my worst bank app by far. Perhaps just copy the format and ease of use of a US bank. Too many authentication steps, too many extra pins, difficult to navigate and execute payments to public sector entities etc, no place for monthly statements (really????) unless they are hiding in the chaotic design, no side window of upcoming payments, no list of scheduled payments, cant even repeat the same payment to the same recipient in a single step…sad…

Thank you for your comment. Winbank app has been designed taken into consideration all modern design principles for improved customer experience. Security measures (authentication steps / extraPIN) are necessary since they safeguard user's security. You can enable push notifications (from Settings menu) so that you don't have to enter an extra PIN code to approve your transactions. Using push notifications you will authenticate when necessary your transactions, using quick login (4-digit PIN, fingerprint or face ID). At settings menu, you can also activate e-statements so that you can view digitally your statements of your related products. About scheduled payments, on the home screen, under recent activity, by selecting "All transactions" at the third tab you can view scheduled payments. Lastly, in order to recreate a payment, at the home screen under recent activity, by selecting "All transactions" you will view all your recent transactions, and using the toggle "winbank" you will find the eligible transactions to recreate.
