PitchPerfect is an easy-to-use instrument tuning application. Simply play the string you want to tune to see if you are sharp, flat, or in perfect pitch. Use PitchPerfect's preset tunings, or tune to any note you want.

While PitchPerfect is great for guitar players, it also includes tunings for baritone guitar, bass guitar, cello, double bass, fiddle, mandolin, ukulele, viola and violin. Most instruments have several tunings available, so no matter which stringed instrument you are playing or what style of music, you know your instrument is in tune.

PitchPerfect also has automatic note detection, so that tuning your guitar to alternative tuning patterns is easy. With its highly accurate pitch detection, PitchPerfect can help expand your repertoire, and will have you sounding better than ever.

Does this app come without the spam

Our free app doesn't have spam or spyware, only ads. If would like to, there is an option to make an in app purchase to remove the ads from our free software. All you you have to do is Click on the NCH logo and select "Remove Ads". We hope this helps! works great, but there is one bug, that I figured a fix for.

This is great. I can now tune my boys violins, my cello. Usually my husband the real musician does the tuning but now mom can do it as well. Yippy. I have found that sometimes the program can freeze up on me, usually when I leave the program and go back to it. Going out and in doesn't work. I first tried re-starting my iPad and that worked but when the program froze again I didn't want to do a hard shutdown again and re-start. So I figured maybe if I do a full shut down of the program (double clicking the bottom button (seeing the quick access to other apps bar at the bottom), holding my finger down on the app till the quick access apps jiggle and hit the red minus sign.) when I restarted Pitch Perfect it worked fine.
