So I called the company several months ago about the lack of card swiping on my iPhone X. They wouldn’t give me a timeframe on when it would be fixed. I’ve had to manually enter cards every day since this phone came out. It’s getting redundant. I’m about to go to the people in my company about this issue again if there is no update soon. It’s 2018, I shouldn’t have to type everything in over a simple swipe and fix. I’ve spent more time doing that then this app would take to update st this point. Trust me I understand small business. I also understand you have to stay on top of things or you’ll go under unnoticed by many. Please update.

The App works well, except for the signature screen. You cannot see any buttons within the screen area to proceed onto the next screen and complete the process. Somehow I figure out that you need to just tap in the top right hand side of the screen and that enabled you to proceed onto the next screen. I’m guessing that not everyone knows this and has got stuck at this point.
Would be great if Pivotal could fix this!!
