Description
The APP supports iOS12 or higher version, with a more concise and beautiful UI style. Users will enjoy a brand-new experience.
The APP could be used with the Wi-Fi function (or in Wi-Fi mode) of KODAK PIXPRO digital cameras.
Suitable for KODAK PIXPRO SMART LENS cameras and any KODAK PIXPRO digital cameras with Wi-Fi functionality.
This version cancels the file-editing function in Playback Mode while other operating function basically remains unchanged.
Before you install a new APP, please transfer the images and videos under old APP playback path to Camera Roll. Then you can still find old images and videos after installing the new APP. If you do not transfer in advance, old data will no longer exist.
Please pay attention to the camera Firmware version number. To better control and experience the camera, please update the FW version to 1.05 or above. FW download website: www.kodakpixpro.com

I got my pixpro from when I worked at RadioShack and I was really excited to have this. But I'm ashamed that we even sold it because the UI in the app is bad. The stability of the app is bad and the product itself, even though I have taken great shots with it really depends on how steady your hand is. Which the developers put more effort into this because it was something I had my eye on for a long time. But now I barely want to look at it because of how annoying it is to operate.
great after much struggle
-in short if the camera doesn’t connect just turn on airplane mode before connecting to wifi-
basically I love this camera a lot it’s amazing and I didn’t know this feature existed but my camera for some reason has stopped working through wired connection (idk it just says connection failed when I plug it in?) but anyways so I went to see what was wrong and I discovered the app.
I downloaded the app and did the wifi thing and everything but the app and the camera would not connect although it did connect to my phone. In the end I came to look at the reviews to see what happened and I saw someone say put your phone in airplane mode then connect to the wifi. After I did that it worked like a dream and it is going to come in really handy if I can figure out how to charge it.
If you’re struggling to connect
Put your phone into airplane mode before connecting to the Wi-Fi. That’s it. That’s the fix.
Once you get it working the camera view and control works pretty well.
I tried a few times in different devices trying to set this up and not getting any hits for fixes online. I have a Sony camera with Wi-Fi connect that works well without fiddling, but this one is a bit less intuitive.
