Turn photos into puzzles!
Pixtery is a FREE app that lets you create, share, and solve puzzles using your own pictures - or solve a new puzzle featured on the app every day! Your friends can solve your puzzle even if they don't have the app.
Snap a photo or choose an image from your device, include a secret message, and share the link by text, email, or platform of your choice. You can also submit the puzzles you create to be featured as the puzzle of the day to be solved by everyone who has Pixtery!
MAKE A PUZZLE FROM YOUR OWN IMAGES
- Choose an existing image from your device or take a picture with the in-app camera
- Customize your puzzle by selecting number of pieces (2x2, 3x3, 4x4), and puzzle shape (square or jigsaw)
- Include a message that appears once the puzzle is solved
SEND THE PUZZLE TO YOUR FRIENDS
- Send links to your puzzles to your friends via the platform of your choice (e.g. text, email, Slack, WhatsApp, GroupMe)
- Access all of your sent puzzles to resend them to more friends, or to solve them yourself!
SOLVE PUZZLES
- Your friends don’t need the app to solve the puzzle; can solve either in-app or via browser
- Drag and rotate the pieces on the puzzle board and snap them in
- Download the image after you solve the puzzle
PLAY DAILY FEATURED PUZZLES
- Solve a new Pixtery featured every day!
- Submit your own puzzles to be featured as the Pixtery of the day
MANAGE PROFILE
- Use Pixtery without an account - or create an account to back up your puzzles, access your account across devices, and submit Daily Pixteries to be featured in the app!
- View and manage the puzzles that you have created and received

Very cute!
What a fun way to send pictures to friends! Some puzzles were surprisingly hard depending on the picture I used. The puzzles aren’t that big so it’s a nice casual thing to do on the subway.
