The Best Pizza

I am so amazed how good Pizza Studio taste, hands down the best in Anchorage, the toppings are fresh and portioned just right. The crust is fantastic I don’t eat pizza but I eat pizza studio crust. I can’t believe I’m just learning of this place, ima spread the word!!! The staff is just as amazing as their pizza, they are nice, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of their food. Thank you Pizza Studio!!!🙌🏽👐🏽👍🏽

How about an update?

I love PizzaStudio! However, over two months ago the location nearest me shut down; reason unknown. There was a notification that a new location would soon be opening in the same area, but as of yet there has been no word. There are only two other locations in the Salt Lake area, both of which are far on the east side. I can’t believe in all this time the app still hasn’t been updated - The Westside location still shows open and functioning and there but no updates on whether a new location on the west side will be developed. How about you free can update your app, so people were a fan of your store as well as people who aren’t from this area don’t waste their time driving to a location that no longer exists!

Unable to customize, fail to use a reward and gain points

There was no options for things like "light cheese" and you cannot type in the box to give additional instructions. So I had to order at the store. This new method created a longer wait. When I ordered, I redeemed a reward using the app. After ordering and paying, I tried to scan my receipt to get my points for the pizza I paid for and it wouldn't allow me to saying something about the receipt already used. App and experience were terrible. Go back to the old way.
