&pizza 4+

I often use this app to order pizza on my way home. It’s helpful I can pick the location and time for pickup and what is available changes based on the location. The service I’ve gotten using this app has been great and I’ve been able to contact the store itself through text after I place my order. The only criticism I can think of is that sometimes when the store is at high volume, the specific location you are looking for will be hidden from your ordering range and it won’t say why. It’d be nice if it could give some feedback such as “high volume, you cannot place an order at this location” or “due to unforeseen circumstances, this location is unavailable for app orders. Otherwise, great. 9/10, 5 stars.

The pizza is delicious and ingredients are fresh. The app, on the other hand, is a horrible experience.

The tracking is never accurate. I’ve had pizza delivered as much as 30 minutes before the app said it was delivered. If the driver doesn’t ring the bell, it means the food is just sitting by the door for a while getting cold.

I’m never sure whether my apartment number is saved, because the delivery address doesn’t display the apartment number.

If they forget parts of your order, such as a side or dessert, they will give you a credit but refuse to give a refund. It’s frustrating that I have to order again in order to get the value of those credits. When you screw up an order, you have to offer a refund; that’s just how it works. You can’t forgot to deliver items and also keep the money. Some restaurants offer a credit multiple option as an alternative to a refund, so you could do something like that to incentive customers accept credits, but you have to allow refunds as an option.

Often buttons are unresponsive. I have to press several times or try a different button first before it will respond. Occasionally I have to kill the app and start over.

Also, a suggestion: make it possible to order extra side sauces. It’s fine if you want to charge for it, but at least make it an option.

Note to the developers: check out Domino’s app. It’s flawless, but your pizza is better.

I cannot emphasize enough exactly how much I use this app. The family and I love the pizza, and the garlic knots. We just can’t stop ordering them. And with the frequent coupons and rewards program, it only encourages us more. I have so many points. I’m saving up my points until I get the full 10,000 and get a pizza party, but the only one invited is meeeeeeee! No one else! All the pizza for meeeeeeeee! I’ll be buried under a mound of cheese, grease, and crust, and there’s nothing you can do to stop me!
