PizzaPal is a simple app to calculate the weights of the ingredients required to make great Neopolitan pizza.

Select your number of pizzas, whether you'd like them small, medium or large and the app will calculate the required quantities of flour, water, salt and yeast.

You can tweak these quantities using your own bakers percentages and the keep awake feature will allow you to get everything weighed before your screen times out whilst your hand are covered in flour.

Great app, just what I wanted!

Allows you to select the number and size pizza you want and then calculates the ingredients. Sizes include 9, 10 or 12 inches. Wish it had 14 and 16 inch sizes. Measurements selectable imperial or metric.
More options available in menu.
