Description
Aplikacja PKP INTERCITY umożliwia zakup biletów na pociągi wszystkich kategorii: EIP, EIC, IC i TLK przy zastosowaniu ulg ustawowych i aktualnych promocji. Wygodny zakup biletów powrotnych, możliwość tworzenia profili zakupowych uwzględniających najczęstsze trasy i posiadane ulgi. Umożliwia zakup biletów dodatkowych jak przewóz roweru, psa lub dodatkowego bagażu i wybór miejsca ze schematu. Dodatkowo pozwala zamówić posiłek z WARS z dostawą do miejsca. Dostęp do zakupionych biletów również w trybie offline.

Payment from US fails consistently
Nice UI, graphic design. However, payments from US consistently fail. Tried Multiple cards. Errors. No feedback given. Not sure if developers are able to test this issue (I’m sure the app works in Poland so I guess that’s good enough? Everybody happy, yeah?.) I finally gave up. After searching various travel forums, the advice was to use KOLEO. I did, and it worked. I bought my tickets after 3 hours of frustration. Deleted PKP app. Done.
Impossible to make a payment
I tried multiple times to purchase the tickets and payment always failed.
I contacted my bank and they approved the transaction and it was shown as it went through, but I could not still purchase tickets.
Very frustrating.
Something needs to be done in order to app work properly.
Also, no way to contact someone by email or to get help.
Payment failed. App won’t be functional until this is fixed.
I’ve tried paying multiple ways but the payment doesn’t go through. To be fair the actual interface of the app is really nice but without being able to pay, no point in using it.
