Description

Plan Poke is a portable finger client bringing this classic networking feature to modern devices.

The feature set includes:

- Add, Edit and Search accounts
- iCloud data syncing
- Shortcuts integration
- Configurable Widgets in both the Large and Extra Large sizes
- Face-ID to lock access to the app
- Import / Export your data as JSON
- Share data from people you follow via the share sheet or drag their entry into any app that can take text
- An expanded view that's best for viewing ASCII art entries
- Swipe gestures for common actions
- Keyboard Shortcuts
- Style the output of the response by choosing the background / foreground color

Shortcuts include:

1. A 'Search Accounts' shortcut for retrieving account data from your device.
2. A 'Finger Request' shortcut for updating an account.

- You can double tap on the expanded response views to toggle word wrap. No need to reach for the button now.

- The expanded response view no longer changes color when you scroll up.

A finger client?? For real??

I searched the app store for "finger client" just to see what would come up, not really expecting anything, but here it is! And it works great! I'm always excited to see people keeping older Internet technologies alive in whatever way they can. This is great!

Thank you for your feedback and I would agree. Perhaps one day I'll polish this app's test server too in order to let people run their own servers more easily.
