Pretty Good
I would say that this app is very easy to use. It has a very simple concept and it works very well for iOS users. However, I believe that the graphics could be better they seem a little underdeveloped. I do like the fact that if you click the plants it tells you when they are visible and gives a array of facts on the planets. In that feature is so nice that I wish they did the same for the constellations. I feel as if the globe feature is also underdeveloped’ if they could include some information on the globe tab than it would be great.
Awesome app right out of the box!
I was tired of seeing expensive apps, huge downloads and apps with trial ware that promised me the moon but delivered a paywall or were extremely large downloads. I love this app. It was easy to setup as it knew my location, time zone and even got my compass orientation instantly to tell me which planets I was seeing. I love the “visibility” tab to quickly check when they are visible and the “unaided eye” setting which was on by default so I knew exactly what I was looking at. For example, Venus was just about to set right after sunset, and there were two other bright planets then the moon, but I wasn’t 100% sure which ones. Instantly I moved my phone up to the heavens and saw that it was Jupiter and Saturn, then of course the moon, following Venus. Even the phase of the moon was shown. Nicely done!!
Great app!
This is a great app for me! Because space has always been a big part of me! I can look at constellations planets and read all about them too! I recommend this app to everyone. If space isn’t really your thing, I understand. But now I know the names to many constellations and this can be a great tool if your using your telescope to see what constellation your looking at. And to also see when the full moon is out! I mean you could see it with the naked eye but who doesn’t want to see the moon through a telescope!? You could see the craters on the moon and I experienced that. I seen the half moon through that telescope but without using the app but anyway it’s great! Good day or night👋🏾
