Our unique 45 minute high intensity low impact method on our modern Pilates reformer, the XFORMER, combines pilates, strength and cardio for an ultra efficient workout. The low
impact nature of the method reduces the risk of injury associated with intense workouts, allowing everyone from fitness newbies to seasoned athletes to benefit from the method.
