Good but stops music

App does a great job of building up to a 4 min plank but it stops your music in between sets

Edit: If you are using Apple Music, the music will pause between sets and not resume.

Thanks. Not sure what you mean... the drum loop is silent when you are having pause - that’s on purpose so you know when to pause. But maybe I have misunderstood your message..?
