Ratings and Reviews
Helpful app
I find this app really helpful. It becomes a game to see if I can get enough plants. I don’t love that beans and oats aren’t on here but I’m guessing they consider those more starch than traditional al plants. I no longer have cravings. I used to think I had an addiction to refined carbs but apparently I just hadn’t gotten enough fiber. I have a bunch of Thin Mints in the house and I’ll eat half of fun every few days instead of eating a whole sleeve plus crackers, etc all day. The weight is slowly coming off and I feel I’m doing it in a healthy, sustainable way.
Exactly!
This app is exactly what I was looking for to track the variety of fruits and vegetables I am eating both daily and weekly! Easy to use!
Great for kids and families to track their plant intake
Our family is using this app to track how diverse of a plant diet we can have to help with gut health.
