A great way to transition!
I have been debating whether or not I should try to make the change to go to a plant based diet for a while and this app allowed me to ease my way into it. It has great recipes (which are all by which fantastic) and the design of the application itself made it really straight to the point and easier to navigate. Overall if you are really looking into making the change to go a plant based diet, this is the app for you!
It’s such a great app that gives you ideas for healthy meals that are quick and simple! It’s neat to see that eating healthy doesn’t mean spending more money! I am able to find recipes that give me ideas for other options if I want to change something up a little bit or make it more of a snack!
Great recipe options!
A plant-based diet can be very intimidating but this app has made the whole process much more manageable! I love how customizable the app is and being able to add my own recipes is great. I’ve tried many of the recipes on here and they have all turned out to be delicious!
