I didn’t know I wanted to know so much about plants

My friend had recently gifted me plant that I had no idea what it was or what I was going to do with it. So as any very very naive plant owner does is care for this plant how I think it needs to be done. After a few days of just doing the top of the soil check to see if I should water it or not and with how much water I thought was enough, was not cutting it. Some of the leaves were starting to change into a light yellow color which even can’t be mistaken as my new friend was sick. And unlike the last countless amount of plants that were unfortunate enough to be placed under my care, I actually want this sucker to live! So not knowing what even type of plant I was working with I went to the App Store and downloaded the first plant identifying app I saw. I am so glad that I have chosen this one because not only did it identify what plant I now own, but it also told me the type of care and environment this plant needs. I have learned so much in the short 24 hours I have had this app downloaded. I originally planned on canceling when my free trial is up but this app has got me so excited to learn about plants and give me the green thumb I always knew I could have. Thank you!

My love

To tell the truth, I started growing plants quite recently. I've always liked it when there is a lot of greenery in the house. It is pleasant and pleasing to the eye. The room immediately looks much more comfortable. But I was scared that I would not be able to cope. I have no acquaintances who could explain how to properly care for them and what to do if they get sick. But I downloaded this app and everything turned out to be surprisingly easy. They drew up a competent plan for caring for my green pets, which saved me from unnecessary worries. Also, I am a very forgetful person, but there is a possibility of reminders. Notifications come regularly and without interruptions, so there is simply no way for me to forget about something. Now my house is full of greenery, and you can say that I live in my dream home. I am very happy, thank you very much for a stress-free life. I hope that I will not have any problems, but if they do, I know who to turn to.

Really Difficult to Cancel Subscription

I am not one to typically leave reviews, but this has been especially challenging for me and I hope that the company can read this and make some changes or someone else who is passionate about plants and wanting to learn more can proceed with caution. I really support the idea of the app, and think that with some changes to the payment system it could be a helpful idea,However, I have been trying to cancel my subscription for many months and the app would continue to charge me weekly even when under the settings of the app it says I am not subscribed. So, that means there were many months that I was paying for the app and not able to use it. As a student who budgets my time energy and finances extremely meticulously, this was infuriating at times. It felt violating and really shady. I ended up needing to contact Apple to be sure that my subscription was removed.
This was gas money, food money, and how I was supposed to meet my basic needs. I do not have nine dollars for times a month to spare for a "donation" I did not sign up for.

Very disappointed in this -
maybe The company could issue me a refund as I was not able to use the app during the time that I was paying for it. if that happens, I would be happy to make an addendum to this review. Otherwise, I recommend highly against purchasing this app.
