Confusing Subscriptions
In the app store there are 3 options for weekly, 2 for monthly, 1 for yearly and 1 for immediate but I don’t understand the differences and there’s no information about them.
Other than that it’s very cool and works well. Super worth the money if I could just figure out which was which
Premium Membership:
At first, there were no issues “what an amazing app.” I thought... After 2 months of a year long membership, the scanner stopped working and the app refused to identify plants. I am plagued with the app starting by asking me to choose a membership type. Meanwhile, Apple reports I have an open subscription until May of 2023. Also, only allowed 10 plant types in “my garden”. It appears to me this is a failed app, which either has been/is neglected or abandoned by those responsible for its creation. Do not make the purchase, run the trail instead!!
4.99 a WEEK ? Yikes
You get a few free days for a trial, then the wonky subscriptions they have will take every penny they can. Why not just make one charge for the use of the app ? WHO has twenty dollars a month (PLUS taxes n fees) to have reminders for your plants ? You could buy three new plants with that money -
ONE STAR - for highway robbery, minimal info on many of the plants listed, takes users photos for the app, and they make money off of you for info they took off of the web👀- better apps out there for sure!! Do not even waste your time downloading for the free trial - they just want your plant pics 🤷♀️
