What’s not to love about anything that can help make life easier- whether your a party of 2 like myself or a big growing family. Plated has made cooking dinner something exciting and fun again for us! Being just 2 people it’s been so great being able try so many new ingredients, something that I never was able to do before since there is often no way to buy such an small amount of ingredients and I could never justify letting food go to waste. I would have never been able to pull off the Plated recipes I’ve prepared, all of them being nearly perfect and by far better than any restaurant in town! My boxes are always on time and everything is always perfectly packed and fresh. Using the app couldn’t be easier, with a few swipes your weeks dinners are planned! The best part is I never have to step foot into the grocery store! I can’t say enough about customer service from the Plated Team, they are always so happy to help do everything they can no matter what you need. If I could I would give them 10 stars- it was my newlywed Sister who had been using Plated that passed along a great offer to try for myself and I am so happy that I did!

I thought I would burn out on food delivery after a couple of weeks...I was wrong! This has changed the way I prepare meals! No more rushing from work to the grocery store to home! I pick out some meats from my butcher at the beginning of the week and then my box comes on Monday and my meals are set! How I use this service is I buy my meats for the week on Saturday. Then I order a weeks worth of vegetarian and vegan recipes. Those serve as my side dishes for whatever meat I'm cooking. I also switch it up and order meals with meat if i want a couple of meals where everything is decided for me and all I have to do is throw it together. Yes it is a little pricier to have Plated send me my side dishes then to buy them at the store but that's what I'm paying for- I'm paying for the convenience of Plated creating the recipes and gathering the ingredients and their proper measurements for me. Every meal has been delicious- the ingredients are high quality and the recipes are inventive and cover every genre of food! I LOVE this. It has changed the way I cook and I don't know how I ever lived without my goodie box of food being delivered to me the beginning of each week! So worth the money!

I have tried several weeks worth of recipes, and I can now say that the price for this box is well worth it. At first I was very skeptical about a meal box that was this expensive, but the meals are genuinely delicious. I feel like a five star chef when I cook them. They recipes give great tips to cooking that I’ve applied outside the recipe boxes, and have even inspired me to go outside my comfort zone and try new things or use new cooking methods. I’d never cooked steak before but since getting plated I find it’s incredibly easy.

Lastly, their customer service is spectacular. I’ve never had any issues with cancelling boxes, skipping weeks, or cancelling a subscription (which I had done before, but they offered me such a good deal to rejoin that I couldn’t resist). Not to mention the one time I did need an emergency cancellation of a box even after the cut off period to edit boxes (I had to evacuate because of a hurricane) they simply credited my account no problem no questions asked.

App is beautifully designed, functional, and overall good app development and programming on their part. Well done Plated.
