I signed up for this app 1 day ago and I wanted to delete my payment method so I contacted customer service for information on how to delete it and I was told that the only way to delete my payment method was to replace it with a new one. Something is seriously wrong with that! I asked the agent if it could be deleted from there end and I was told no that they don’t have access to that, we’ll apparently neither do l !!! I then asked to have my account closed because that just seemed to shady, agent became even nastier and closed the account and left me hanging on without any further communication on the chat line. I still had more questions being that I just signed up 1 day ago. I’m referring to customer service as the agent because the never stated the name during the chat session. Don’t waste your time signing up for gun lake they no not value there new customers.

The games are fun and casino interface is fine. The Sportsbook is hard to navigate and interface can be confusing. The payout times are atrocious; major competitors can have payouts to your debit card within an hour, I initiated a payout 4 days ago and it is still in my “pending payouts”. Not the first time it’s happened either. If you don’t mind waiting most of the work week for payouts you’d be fine. Being able to withdrawal from your card instantly then taking multiple business days for payouts is frustrating and doesn’t align with competitor payouts.
