Used to love the app, but I hate it now. I’ve been trying to withdraw winnings for a week. I was told I needed to submit documents, which is fine. I’ve had to do this with other Casino online. They’ve all approve those documents within 24 hours. Play told me it would take 48 hours as of right now it is officially been 48 hours and I have still not received my winnings or even had the documents looked at and approved. I reached out to customer service and was told that my document had been received so please not submit the documents again and that they would get around to it at some point today. That was it that was their explanation and response to me asking where I’m at in this process and how much longer it would take. I’ve already been in contact with the Michigan gaming control board and they told me to wait three more days and then I can file a complaint if I still have not received my winnings. This can all be done online through their website, which is awesome. It’s super easy. They said they’ve been getting numerous complaints about this casino compared to any of the other casinos in Michigan online casinos.Who would continue playing when you don’t know how long it’s going to be before you receive your winnings? I tell you 48 hours if you submit documents they tell you 72 hours if you don’t need documents submitted. This is 100% lie and I am the proof that it’s a lie and I have all the documentation that shows when I submitted the documents. What time what day and it’s clear that as of right now they still have not given me my winnings within the 48 hours promised. Don’t give me a timeframe if you’re not gonna live by it because now you’re just a liar to me and to me, I will not do business with a scamming place that lies.

UPDATE AT TBE END!So far I’ve enjoyed the app. 4 stars are for the amount of playtime I’ve gotten from my deposits and they happen to have the slot I like best. Those who are complaining about the wager requirements on bonuses should realize that ALL of the online casino apps are that way. What I worry about now is the withdrawal process (based on many reviews). I hit a pretty decent amount (a few K) and am currently waiting for my withdrawals to be approved (they say can take up to 72 hours for approval). I am almost at the 72 hour mark and haven’t seen anything yet. They are still pending. Reviews have said that they require you to upload documents and I have had to do that on another well know app as well but I have not gotten any info from them yet about anything. If that is the case and I get my money after that then I really have no issues with their requirements. But since I haven’t heard a word from their teamI’m starting to worry that my big hit might be too good to be true! I really enjoy the games on Play Gun. I like the interface. The withdrawal methods aren’t up to date as some of the other online casinos you can’t withdraw to your debit card but I don’t mind that. I ordered the play plus card. They deposit on to that immediately once approved ..but my problem is the waiting period for them to approve your withdrawal request. The first two times I withdrew they approved it in like 15 minutes but on my 3rd time I just did a withdrawal and so far it’s been over 26 hours. I called the chat line they said it takes up to 72 hours to review. So now I have to sit and wait to see if I will have my funds in that window. I don’t like they can take your money instantly off your card to play but want to move slowly to payout. Other than that I do love their website I will come back here with an update and let you guys know how long it took to get my withdrawal approved.

After wagering $1000’s of dollars after opening and account with them I won a nice jackpot. After requesting a withdrawal it never came to my bank. I received a email stating it was being held and I needed to submit a picture of my debit card the same card I have wagered with. After submitting that as was all that was requested via email I still have yet to receive my $9000 in winnings. I received another email asking me to upload my ID again which had already been done a week prior when opening my account. During this time I was still able to make more deposits off the same debit card. This may be there way of stalling your withdrawal which is bad business if there is a issue with my id or bank card in my name why would the casino keep accepting deposits from my card makes no sense. I plan to make a formal complaint with the gaming commission and AG to assure no other patrons have this issue. Bet MGM and other casino apps I use withdrawals are a breeze please be aware of this casino
