Needs Serious Fixes

I’m a new music director at a radio station, and was SO excited when I found the Play MPE app. I was having to sit down at my computer to listen to new releases, and with this, I could do that anywhere easily. But I literally have to reinstall the app once a day, sometimes more. It randomly stops responding and won’t allow you to play any music, which is of course the entire point of the app for me. If this worked properly, I’d love it.

An endless circle of nothing

I have the app on my phone and when I click to login, I get sent a verification email. When I click the link it sends me to the App Store, where I click Open to launch the app, where the same circle starts. For some reason, the app never responds to the verification link and always sends me to the App Store to seemingly download the app, but since I already have it, it just starts the cycle. One would think that after many months of others noting the same issue, it could be resolved.

Have to reinstall all the time

I’m a music director at a radio station and I use PlayMPE quite a bit to listen and download music. I love that they have an app so I can just put my headphones on and listen to my playlists on my phone from home, but every day I have to reinstall the app because nothing happens when I press play. It’s like it doesn’t recognize that I’ve hit the play button.

The app is great when it works, though.
