Basically Unusable
How in this day and age an application is unable to support the most basic services like “Chat” shows the utter lack of interest from 3-Step Sport to invest in all of the acquisitions/questionable monopolization.
All this app actually does is create a payment portal for Parents and gives you “Push” information from the Club.
Yet, it is the mandated communication app for all its Club Teams. So, if you’re reading this review…doesn’t really matter. You are being forced by your Club to application anyway.
Why?
I love new tech, but only if it's better than the old tech. Teamsnap is so much easier to use and my favorite feature, running the game clock and updating the score, doesn't exisit in Playerfirst. I was logged out of PF and the password reset didn't work. It only gave me the option to create a new account. I did and now can't find my kid's profile or team.
