not intuitive to use.. most things difficult to find

not intuitive to use.. most things difficult to find:(1) When you click on a game that you have organized, and some player has already been accepted by you, it still doesn’t show the players part of your game.. it may be there somewhere but it is for sure not easy to find.. I haven’t been able to find it after spending 5mins in the app and trying all possible ways I could think off(2) now after playing with the player, struggling to find how to rate the player etc(3) if you create multiple games to play on different dates, the app only shows one game, other games even though it says created successfully, are NOT visible.. crazy

Regarding point (2), once an activity or game is completed, it moves to the Past section of your calendar. You can select the respective activity, and on the activity page, you will find the “Rate Players” option. Please note that ratings can be submitted within a 7-day window after the activity.

This app is really poorly designed. It allows you to create an account using a mobile number and an email address, but it doesn’t actually require verification that the email address actually belongs to you. Some guy created a Playo account using my email address so I keep getting emails whenever he uses his account. And guess what? There’s no way for me to stop them! There are no links to click to unsubscribe from the emails. I’ve tried emailing Playo customer support and it seems like Playo doesn’t care, because they just ignore me. I recommend that everyone avoid using this app and I think Apple should remove it from the App Store.

I live near a big city and filtered to include all surrounding areas for any of 16 selected sports/activities and nothing showed up. I know there are many athletes and sporting events to join in my area so if they’re not populating on this app, I know that no one is using it. I’m sure there are more popular apps out there to find what I’m looking for.
