Bring back communities on iPhone/iPad

I really enjoyed the iPad/iPhone version of this, it was way easier to add friends from communities & post up photo images if you were to post up an event or just a photo to share within th community, I’m hoping that you reconsider re-adding this app so that it may work again & if not thank you for the time that when it was available but here’s keeping my fingers crossed that you bring it back & make it available again 🤞🏻🙏🏻

It was great

Was an amazing app (maybe not quite 5 star but still wonderful) when they supported it. Never use the communities app on the PlayStation because it’s slow, a pain to try and post anything or write out messages, and I hate leaving whatever game I’m playing to check what was posted. Will most likely just leave the 2 communities I was in because I’m never going to check it on the console. My friends will just have to shoot me a direct message instead now I suppose. With the app I was able to check whenever I needed to (especially in the middle of gameplay to checkout a screenshot that was posted or whatever) even when I wasn’t even at home and near my PS4! It was a really nice way to keep up with everyone and update on what we were doing. If this app will no longer be supported or revamped to a new version it should be removed entirely from the App Store. Why keep it, let people install it and log in to their accounts just to have them delete it?

To be fair there wasn't much support for this app, and i think the reason behind taking it down had to do with them wanting the player base to interact more with communities through playstation, not a phone/tablet etc.

but if that was the case then why is the psn app and playstation messages app up and running?

in my humble opinion, they should bring it back. the app was the main reason that i used communities every single time i played playstation. for example. looking for people, way easier and efficient to respond to people through the app.

please bring it back.. this app should come back updated with a revamped look and tools. that'll breathe fresh air into the communities feature for the playstation.
