Playtomic gives an invalid score for 6/5. Then, it does not allow a change. This was in fact an actual outcome within the time allowed. Therefore it's valid! A win did occur. There was no time to play to a 2-game lead. The players agreed on the outcome. Either record it as a win or allow an edit!

They need to add “No Show” rating

Playtomic would be better if we could rate people/ mark people as “absent/no show” so that there is a history of them no-showing matches. That way players can prepare if someone has no showed 3 matches in a row and they sign up for our match. Recently, there have been “new” players who’ve signed up for matches and they no show and none of us know the actual player. It would be great if we had an option for all 3 players who do show to mark the 4th as a no show and it shows up on their public profile where their icon is grayed out as a no show for that specific match. So when other people check out their profile they see what matches they no showed. Also there should be quarterly adjustments to people’s levels if they’ve been playing consistently. They should have the opportunity to change their level.

TERRIBLE APP, where is the excellent customer experience in 2024?

I just lost 1 hour of my life to book a tennis field. First, you need to go to the camp website, then they force you to create an account on Playtomic, then you are forced to download the app, the literally trick you to start a free trial of the premium version (it takes a while to understand you can proceed without it), and then everything related to cancellation policies is totally non understandable. Under the same booking, one line says the cancellation applies only for 60 minutes after the booking, the other line it applies till 24 hours before the slot you booked. All this, for 5% of Playtomic fees on the booking price. Are we serious?????
Why is the filtering so bad? Manual adjust rank at 100 disappeared.

After 100 games I had the option to manually adjust the my rank. I came back to the app later on in the day to adjust that, and no longer have that option... I would really like to bump my rating, why did I lose that opportunity?Regarding filtering:Why am I shown games I don't want to see (e.g. I have only men, mixed, and all players selected: the app shows me women only games in addition - if the answer is because "all players is selected, that is awful coding for AND).Also WHY cannot I not select Ranked or Friendly only?Lastly filter for times. I want to be able to select both afternoon and evening...nope! Cannot. But you can select this 8 hour window, that feature does not suit my use case. Instead you can filter by worthless attributes like wall, crystal, and panoramic... Add more filters please!This also applies to alerts.
