Has potential, but…
This app has been beaten with an Ugly Stick. It’s as if they don’t want you to be able to find the market you’re looking for. When you check your active bets, it comes up in an auto-collapsed list with nothing but a betslip #, so you need to expand every single bet one at a time to view details until you get to the one you’re looking for. The whole thing looks like the Beta test version somehow made it to production.
Limits are OK for a book that’s still new and probably short on liquidity, but the $100 free bet after signup and initial deposit is a pretty soft offer. Not only that, but you’re limited to what markets you can even place the free bet into, and the free bet has to settle within 2 weeks, so forget about using it to invest in a longer-term future bet.
Pricing overall isn’t bad, but they do not post MLB game odds until morning-of, which is a disadvantage for East Coasters. Hearing their head oddsmaker speak in interviews, this is not a shop where you are going to make much money in the way of player props or any other markets outside the meat and potatoes sides and totals. He outwardly said he doesn’t even want to book props, and everyone is limited to about $90 off the bat.
Worst sports book ever
Firstly they advertise they give you $100 free bet if you bet $100, which is true but they don't say thay you can't use that $100 bets but only straight bets. Literally first time I have seen this. Another thing seen for the first time is that they dont have cash out, which is totally ridiculous. Stay away from this scammy sportsbook. way better ones out there.
PlayUp is fantastic!!
FINALLY, a sports betting app that’s easy to use, has fair prices/reduced juice, transparent limits using a handy “max bet function,” an incredibly wide array of betting options, plenty of banking options, & timely/hassle free payouts. Unlike Fanduel/DraftKings, PlayUp sincerely cares about their customers (I was tired of feeling like “the enemy!”). Staff is INCREDIBLY helpful with fast response times. Oh and they actually have a working phone number you can call, imagine that!
