Best Suitcase I’ve Ever owned

I love the gps tracking feature. The wheels are smooth and strong. The suitcase fits well in the overhead compartment. Face ID is a cool feature to unlock the the suitcase.
I love my Plevo suitcase!

Latest update bricked Runner

Ar the prompting to install the latest update (1.2.0) I did so. Part of the way though installing the suitcase shut off and will not turn back on. No lights functioning at all. Holding on/off button results in a single beep with nothing happening or a double-beep followed by nothing happening. I just pulled this out of the box and planned to use it on upcoming trips. This is pretty disappointing.
