Is this app a scam ?

I paid for membership, until this moment i haven’t received a message from anyone. Pls kindly cancel my subscription and refund back my money than you. Else I will take to tweeter and tag this app as scam

Premium

I paid for the premium plan and wasn’t given the premium benefits. Sent a message under contact us and no response. I’ve tried everything I could do to get what I paid for with no luck. Do not waste money for premium! Don’t even download because without premium you can’t do much. Hopefully the developers fix the issue so that I get what I paid for or that they at least refund my money. I’ll update my review if this is resolved.
