Aplikace umožňuje občanům a návštěvníkům města Plzně upozornit příslušný úřad na závady na majetku města, jako jsou například nefunkčnost veřejného osvětlení, černá skládka, rozbité lavičky, díra v chodníku... Po nahlášení je zpráva předána příslušnému úřadu a následně je do zprávy zaznamenáno i řešení situace.
