Refuses to login. Unable to process at this time error. This is rn during the pandemic when online banking is more important than ever. Have even posted on your Instagram asking for help but have yet to receive a reply. I’d like to make transfers and stuff sitting at home looking at the current situation. Can we get a fix asap for this. Like asap looking at the current situation of things thanks.
Really Bad App
As an app designer, I have seen bad Apps in my time, but this one takes the cake along with the plate
Just because bank customers have no other option they are forced to use this App, you guys think you have done a great job. SORRY, but the App needs complete revamping... in both areas, viz- UI & UX and even some of the algorithms that deliver content to the user
Full of errors and crashes.
Useless app. Tried multiple times to do a transfer but failed. This is during pandemic time. I am trying to pay monthly maintenance bill for my apartment and PNB is failing. It is a shame that in this day and age a bank cannot get its app to work. PNB should be ashamed of itself.
