Teach young learners (ages 3-8) to count objects 1-20 with this simple and clever matching system!

Developed for your iPad, this easy game will teach and reinforce the numbers 1-20. Game play is based on the popular pocket charts used in classrooms around the world. Counting 1-20 requires 3-5 minutes for a young learner to complete, making this iPad app ideal for students with short attention spans or those requiring highly visual or tactile learning experiences. Additionally, the activities have been uniquely designed to lock in the portrait mode to simplify game play and eliminate an orientation switch if young learners jostle the iPad while playing.

This is an ok app. It is not interactive. It does not read the number out loud. It is not customizable. It is what it is, strictly matching. Your kids have to know the number to be able to match it, no assistance from the app. Could be much better.

Developer Response ,

These issues have all been resolved with updates. Voice prompts are included, and can be turned off or on, depending upon student needs. Game play can be shuffled. The app indicates when answers are correct or incorrect. The game play emulates the matching nature of classroom pocket charts. Thank you for using Pocket Charts! Counting 1-20.
