Pocket eLOGS is a logging program for Nurse Practiioner Graduate students to enter their encounters while on the clinical rotations. The data can be exported for faculty review and for review by other educators. The software can assist with building a portfolio or documenting Nurse Practitioner practicum experience.
The templates are quick and easy to complete. The fields are entered using checkmarks and selection lists.
ICD10 coding and CP4 codes can be entered if know or use the drill down tool to find the appropriate code.

Very frustrating, expensive, and time consuming.
When you attempt formulate an encounter, with the app you have to scroll through the entire list of site preceptors to find yours. If that individual is at the bottom, you will spend 2-3 minutes scrolling. If you hit the wrong one, it will bring you back to the top. It does not save your instructor or "site" a.k.a preceptor information. The site, if accessed via the internet does save the information. Thereby making the process SIGNIFICANTLY quicker AND free! When you are seeing patients, you do not have 5 minutes to scroll through to find a name. I would rather type it, but this option is not available. I even went as far as to buy a key board, so that I could push the "W" button and hope it would bring me to that section, thereby avoiding the scrolling, but no success. So I have spent 125$ on app and keyboard for complete frustration. I would write the developers, but there is no contact information available. For this absurd amount of money, they should be considerate enough to the student to leave a phone number. I feel like this is another way to price gouge a product, because it's for a nursing program. Sad. Overall, very disappointing.
Actually 0 Stars. Emailed with this company multiple times and despite multiple attempts this program is slow to respond, not user friendly and extremely overpriced.
This was a completely frustrating waste of my school time. The price is outrageous, had it worked and been beneficial it would have been worth it, however the constant problems make it worthless.
Too difficult more time consuming than website!
The computer entry is much easier. This app is too busy and difficult to navigate during and between patient encounters. You'll find yourself still looking up pham and diagnosis codes and checking your entry on the computer because your encounters don't always sync.
Although I mention using website on computer, that too has limitations, errors, and coding issues. Besides, no employer will ever ask to review your ELogs from school. 🤔
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
