The Podcasts Export app can only export downloaded episodes and can only export free podcasts not podcasts with subscriptions like podcasts from Apple Music subscription service.
Not compatible with HLS media format (MOVPKG).
You can browse and select which of your podcasts you want to export.
See all podcasts with their metadata without open the Podcasts app.

Works great- Lucky to find this gem
The Appl Store hides this app. I had to serch the internet to find it. It works great! I have POD casts I recorded 10 years ago from a talk show host who has since passed away. The files were trapped on my mac as I could not find a way to transfer them anywhere (other than brute force recording). This software found both of the POD cast folders I have and allowed me to select which files transfer. Note to the creator: you need to advertise this, it took many searches to find, and I still wasn't sure it was ment for Apple.
