I called and they were so quick to get off phone they let the person continue to use my card and said transactions where pending I had to wait till they post leaving me broke bc of they refused to reverse the transaction pending I’m giving them my permission and telling them the thief’s are the ones making these transactions all they could say is they have to wait till posted and that’s all they can do when ask to speak with a supervisor they refused when asked to send me to supervisor voicemail they refused. Now I have sent 6 emails with no response to lost/stolen card needing a replacement. They don’t even offer mobile check upload I wish I had never signed up this company is too dysfunctional . I’m yet to get any re assurance that I will even get my money back from them
I have been with them for sometime but
I have been with PODERcard for a while and it’s a great bank but I’m having a few issues. I referred two people and I got one referral bonus the second one I did not receive. I reached out to customer service plenty of times and nothing has been resolved they say it will take 7 to 14 business days but it’s been almost a whole entire month. Now I’m reading reviews and they’re saying that you guys are closing down accounts with money in it so what’s next you guys are going to close my account because I’m reaching out to many times regarding $30 that your promising customers. I am very concerned about this issue and I just hope that you guys are being honest with your customers I want to be able to keep this bank because you guys have been awesome but now it’s becoming an issue i’ve never experienced this before and they always tell me that somebody’s going to reach out to me and when I receive an email they tell me to call the number that I just talk to. I feel like I’m playing a game going back and forth between email and phone number this is not OK

I promise you will love this one
I absolutely hate downloading scam apps. I’ve done it so many times. This one is not a scam. About 98% of the time you will qualify for a survey. It’s the only one I’ve found so far that comes with it’s own debit card, giving the opportunity to deposit the money AS SOON AS you finish a survey. Lots of opportunities for high dollar payouts. When I first downloaded this app I received $20! You won’t be dissatisfied when it comes to PODERcard!
