If you are into independent podcasts or locally produced podcasts, then this is the app to get. It was a great idea to put all of these Mn podcasts in one place.

Disappointed

Admittedly this could be an issue with Apple and the bugs that follow rolling out their new phones and the iOS updates that find with it, but I’ve had regular bugs using the PodMN app and it’s very frustrating. It works better, but not without crashing, if I gave WiFi, but out in the woods or elsewhere it craps out often. I like the idea of this app and would love it if it worked, it just hasn’t so far.

UPDATE: PodMN support reached out to ask what was happening so the customer service angle is strong. I’d certainly up the rating once the new update comes out!

We would love to get more details from you about what exactly you are experiencing. If you could possibly email us at info@podmn.com with details about what you mean by "crashing" and what you are doing on the app when this occurs, that would be very helpful. Also, sharing what version of iPhone you are using and what iOS you are on will help us as well.

Also, in the next couple of weeks we have a big update coming out that will change the playback experience that may hopefully resolve issues you are having.

Glitchy

Love the concept of this app and it is great, when it actually works (which is maybe about 15% of the time). I click on the link to contact the developer to let them know of my issues and I get the same result that I get most of the time while trying to open the app, it just shuts down. Hopefully I’ll start seeing better results soon. Would love to listen for often.
