Hello, is your gateway connected normally? A timeout is a timeout prompt that appears when you are operating. You can tell me your device MAC address by email and we can check the reason
Gateway offline
Gateway is paired with wifi but it is shown as offline on the app, i tried resetting it multiple times but it did not work

Hello, you may not be paired successfully. You can use AP mode to connect to the gateway to see if it can be connected normally. You can also email me your gateway MAC address and we can check the reason.
Не работает. Don’t work.
Все делаю как описано в инструкции, шлюз добавился с первого раза. Термостат ни как не добавляется. Писал запрос по обратной связи с описанием проблемы, ответа нет.

Здравствуйте, ваш шлюз не удалось добавить. Нормальный ли сигнал WiFi дома? Может ли телефон подключаться к Wi-Fi? Вы пытались подключиться к шлюзу в режиме AP. Есть несколько способов подключения к шлюзу. Вы можете попробовать все из них. Если у вас возникли проблемы Можете написать нам по электронной почте
