Description
Polaris Mobility is virtual brokerage and dispatch management marketplace and technology platform. We connect trip sources (or payers) directly with transportation providers, eliminating middlemen NEMT brokers.
Transportation providers leverage the dispatch management portal to accept or reject rides from trip sources and plan and build routes of rides for their drivers.
Drivers start and complete one or multiple rides at a time through an easy to use Polaris Mobility Driver application. The driver app provides real-time event updates and geo-location information back to dispatchers so that that they can make informed decisions, optimize capacity and keep passengers and their caregivers updated with ride progress, status and history.
