Polydust gives you full control over your model mesh, being able to work in vertex, edge, poly and object model. Additionally, you can create parametrized basic shapes such as cubes, arcs, cylinders and toruses that will be a great base of your artworks. All with simple UI supported by keyboard shortcuts. With Polydust, you can import and export FBX models - including integration with Sketchfab that lets you publish your creation in a matter of seconds. Last, but not least, Polydust has a great and active community: a forum and Youtube channel with tons of video tutorials. You can easily contribute to it thanks to ReplayKit integration. Very good app, crashes while launching.

This is a very good app I have learned most of how to make something, I’m making a house right now, I haven’t payed, you cam do simple things without paying, which is nice, the bad thing is that sometimes whenever I launch the app, it crashes frequently, if that was fixed (and maybe a couple more free features) it would be a much better app.

no more subscribing!
im trying to learn to 3D model, but i will say that as someone who’s just starting out, the interface is really helpful. i could see this app being similar in power to what procreate is to digital painting/photoshop, so i really hope the devs work towards it in the future to add more features and higher poly creations. the simplicity of its layout is what really makes it for me. i really hope this app does great things, it could be a gateway for young children to 3D animation and the broader digital world.

Great Step towards Pro Apps for iPad

Polydust is absolutely the best way to create Low Poly models at your fingertips and on the go. This app as a lot of great features planned for the future and will be a great step towards the future of “Pro” applications on the iPad Pro. As a user for over a year I have created many models in the app and have loved doing so (even with some of the early kinks of a new piece of software). I have to thank the developers for creating this amazing app. I hope more people are willing to give the app a try.

This price edit (from 4.99 a month to 1.99) is worth the buy in and will hopefully fund future development for a tool with room to grow. There are still some issues with pencil performance as well as gizmo interfering with vertex, poly and edge selections that will hopefully be addressed but a great start to the first poly modeler on the App Store worth spending time in.The quick action by the development team to feedback should prove to anyone that a subscription is worth a future of development in an area of the App Store that has been lacking for years.
