PolyPlan: Daily Planner 4+

I've been using PolyPlan for about a month now, and I can't believe how much it's simplified my life. I'm usually skeptical of new planning apps, but this one's different.

What I love most is how it shows my whole day on one screen. It's so much easier to spot conflicts or free time. The fact that it pulls in my Google Calendar and Todoist tasks is a huge plus - no more forgetting about that dentist appointment!

The templates feature is a real time-saver. I've set up templates for my workdays and weekends, and it's cut my planning time in half. And when I inevitably don't finish everything (we've all been there), the app automatically moves tasks to the next day. It's like it knows me!

I'll admit, there were a few quirks at first, but the recent updates have smoothed those out. The widgets are great for a quick glance at my day.

Is it perfect? No app is. But it's the closest I've found to my ideal planner. If you're tired of juggling multiple apps and still forgetting stuff, give PolyPlan a shot. It might just be the organization tool you've been looking for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Initially it felt like another daily planner or appointment management tool, but it is really so much more! It is easy to sync up with other apps and the template’s are “polite” they just take a bit to figure out. The app not only provides support with your daily routine, it does so by week, by month and by year. My favorite template is “someday” and its made me realize that someday is now!

The moment I upgraded to premium and began to sync my apple calendar and reminders, the app could no long stay open for more than two seconds, literally.

Edit: turns out I had too many reminders trying to sync and once I turned off that list it’s working as normal! I’m a happy subscriber now :)
