Pony Sisters Pet Hospital has four little patients and needs a new horse doctor! Molly fell off the bike and hurt her leg. Runny nose, high temperature and red eyes - unicorn Rainbow is very sick with the flu and has to stay in bed! Pink pony Rosie suffers from pony-pox and itchy skin rash. Britney broke a leg and it hurts a lot. Make sweet little ponies happy and healthy again and be the best pet vet!

Amazing game!
When I first downloaded this game it gave me soooo much nostalgia and I love the way the games were telling little kids a lesson
OMG OMGOMGOMG!
Beware! This is a terrifying game! There is literally blood in it! That is literally not for four-year-old! Not kid appropriate! And all I saw on the reviews were one star ratings or something like that! But actually it has five stars but that’s literally a scam! So do not download it only has 42 reviews! About to be 42! I mean 43 especially but still it is creepy and you do not get a lot of ponies to make them feel better only pony you get to do everything with is the one that fell off the bike! And how could you possibly fall off a a bike get a tire on your neck and get a giant scratch leaves on your face and stuff and splinter in your knee like really that’s so fake make it more realistic and get rid of blood in!
BEWARE - Even after purchase FULL OF ADS
Just beware of the fine print. You pay $5 for the “No-ads” which removes all 3rd party ads but the biggest buttons on every page are ads for their other games in the App Store. Try telling your 4 yr old not to touch all the big buttons because it navigates to the App Store, right where you want them to be in the back seat of a car ride...! Be leave me, if your app/game is any good we’ll look for what else you make you don’t need to trick a 4yr old into navigating to a store they can’t buy from anyway. It just makes the parents annoyed with the game (sorry, honey that game is broken, have to play a different one I guess... - delete -)
