Seriously this is the best job search and application app in existence, if you can even categorize it as search—there is no searching required, because you just upload your resume, complete your profile, set a couple of small preference filters, and suddenly your feed is absolutely filled with roles that ACTUALLY fit the skills and experience listed on your resume, unlike every other job site or app, which give you completely off the wall recommendations.And then the UI and format of swiping right to apply and left to trash the listing—genius! It makes it so easy to apply to quality jobs that I actually have a strong chance of getting considered for. All I have to do is read the title, location, pay range, and job description, and if I swipe right I’ve already applied to the job! I have had the app for four days and have already applied to 120 high quality, solid match roles. I cannot express strongly enough how heartily I recommend this app!

I love the user interaction on this app. Very simple, unlike LinkedIn or Indeed it ask to create a profile and then its one click apply.It has few filters to customize your search.It gives you fun insights into how many days you have been applying like a health app streak.I have been using it for a a month at this point, after first week it stopped showing any relevant jobs that i am applying for. Before starting to use, I thought this is a personal curated experience because I connected through LinkedIn network. But its just easy to use app which doesn’t add that much value. You are basically applying to jobs that are posted on LinkedIn etc. it showed jobs that are posted months ago, if you are paying for this app then this is very disappointing.I even noticed that it showed wrong roles at certain companies while LinkedIn showed correct roles.Using this app doesn’t promise a round of interview or a real connection with anyone from hiring teams.To summarize,You will pay for the service to apply to jobs that are already easily accessible from LinkedIn or other platforms, and you will get rejection email through the app’s email instead of the company thats the only difference.Hope this helps creators to improve the application and users the realistic expectations.
