Each Portage selected for you integrates and adapts best practices from multiple evidence-based mental health, wellbeing, and behavior Change Models.

Your Daily Journey is a personalized program for you to follow each day. You start by highlighting which of the three Portages if any you are going to do on that day’s journey.

Developing and strengthening the healthy habits and skills you need to enhance your Mental Health and Wellbeing is a continuous journey. Portages is continuously with you, guiding you along the way!
